Mother Of The Year

Its no secret that Candy and Tori Spelling cringe whenever they think of each other.  Candy has upped her very public bitch game by blaming Tori for Aaron Spelling's death. In a radio interview candy stated: "My daughter one day decided that she wasn't speaking to my husband, myself and my son, and that's how it's continued for the last, oh gosh, four or five years. And it was sad, that's what killed my husband, actually. He just didn't want to live after that. He had just done everything he could possibly do for his daughter, and she wanted no part of him once he couldn't do anything for her."

Aaron died in 2006 at the age 83. yes, the fact that he was older than dirt didnt have anything to do with his death. Tori's absence obviously did him in. (right...)

After saying all that, Candy said, "I've always been trying to work on the relationship. I don’t know what the anger is."

ARE YOU PLANNING A MOVE THIS SUMMER?

I don't know about everyone else, but I absolutely LOATHE moving! Let me put it this way, I've moved 4 times since last may! YUCK! SO beyond

unstable, I know... But life is what it is, break ups hurt, leases expire, you live, you dream, you love. I was living in my DREAM house BEACH FRONT

( I know!!!) in Laguna beach when my mom became ill. I left my dream house, moved home to help with mom, picked up a few courses at the local

community college where my mom works, and Im now able to re-rent my "beach front dream" next week! Sometimes life throws difficult situations

at you, but what Im learning is instead of fighting it and trying to control the universe, just let go, ride it out, and life will reward you...

Isnt that what makes "life" what it is?

Below is a fantastic idea that I am going to try myself! Ill let you know how it (potentially) helps in my move!

TIPS FOR AN ORGANIZED MOVE

Every year, one in five American families makes a move --- and this year, it'll be your family on the road.

No doubt about it, moving can present the organizational challenge of a lifetime.

Every habit, every routine, every tiny piece of the mosaic of your life is tossed at random into a huge, cluttered van, to be shaken out and reassembled at the other end.

Establish Move Central, and Make It Portable

Moving has more tentacles than an octopus. Between wooing The Amazing Disappearing Handyman at the old house and penetrating the layers of voice mail protecting The High-Tech Realtor at the new, you're making more calls than an old-time switchboard operator. It's easy to lose your mind along with your train of thought --- not to mention all those little business cards that will Enter Move Central.

Even if you never use a planner at home or on the job, a business planner or moving notebook is more important to a move than boxes and tape. Find one at the local office supply store. Get one with big pages, one for each day, and throw in some business card holders, zipper pouches and receipt envelopes.

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

20 superfoods for weight loss!

It's time for a new slim-down mantra: Eat more to weigh less. Swim suit season is just about here! Are you ready?  The right foods help you drop pounds by revving your calorie burn and curbing cravings.  Add these eats to your plate today and you'll be slimmer and healthier in no time!

1. Steak - Grill or broil a 4-ounce serving of top round or sirloin; slice thinly to top a salad, or mix with veggies for fajitas

2. Eggs - Egg protein is filling, so you eat less later in the day

3. Olive oil - Add this oil to your summer menus for a flatter tummy by fall.

4. Oats - Instead of using breadcrumbs, add oats to meat loaf—about 1 cup for a recipe that serves eight

5. Lentils - because they're high in protein, you can skip meat altogether.

6. Parmesan - Grate Parmesan over roasted vegetables!

7. Wild salmon - Omega-3 fatty acids improve insulin sensitivity—which helps build muscle and decrease belly fat!

8. Apples - ideal on-the-go low-calorie snack. For a pielike treat, chop up a medium apple and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp allspice and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Pop in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes!

9. Buckwheat pasta - Buckwheat is high in fiber and, unlike most carbs, contains protein.

10. Blueberries - They have the highest antioxidant level of all commonly consumed fruit

11. Almond butter - Adding this spread may lower bread's glycemic index (a measure of a food's effect on blood sugar).

12. Pomegranate seeds - They're especially delicious on raw baby spinach with lemon–poppy seed dressing.

13. Chiles - One reason to spice up your meals: You'll crank up your metabolism!

14. Yogurt - Dietitians often refer to plain yogurt as the perfect food, and for good reason: With its trifecta of carbs, protein and fat, it can stave off hunger by keeping blood sugar levels steady.
